The visit includes a tour of the olive grove, a visit to the oil mill (mill and cellar) and finally a visit to the tasting room. During the months of olive oil production you can see live how the olive juice is made
What you will learn
At the end of the visit you will know the difference between a virgin and an extra virgin, what is the acidity of olive oil, what a good olive oil should taste and smell like, how to detect defects or you will discover some new ways to use it in cooking or as a cosmétique
Visits are organised on Saturday mornings and last about 2 hours. For groups of more than 10 adults we can arrange a different day of the week.
Over 16s pay €15, 6-16s €7 and under 6s free. You can pay for the visit at the mill and you can pay by credit card.
To organise a visit we need a minimum number of 4 people over 16 years old.
