La Grama Tradición tin 3l- Premium Coupage Olive Oil
Organic extra virgin olive oil, first cold extraction. Coupage composed mainly of manzanilla cacereña, frantoio, picual and cornicabra. The olives were harvested in Novemeber and first days of December. To produce the olive oil, green and veraison olives have been used (when the skin of the fruit is changing colour from green to black).
It has a fruity balance between green and ripe, with an medium intensity of bitter and pungent, aromas of tomato, pepper, grass and some notes of nuts.
The presence of varieties like cornicabra or picual further reinforces its stability, so it can be used for cooking as it can withstand high temperatures without degradation. For cold dishes it goes perfectly with almost all kinds of preparations (pasta, salad, sauces and even desserts).
